OVERVIEW AND OBJECTIVES
The Combined Skin Pathology Course is designed for pathologists, dermatologists, dermatopathologists, residents, and fellows who have an interest in cutaneous pathology.
Participants will receive a comprehensive and intensive experience in dermatopathology and upon completion of the course, they should be able to:
Improve their ability to interpret microscopic sections of skin lesions
Identify areas of weakness & enhance their diagnostic skills in these areas
Determine clinicopathologic correlation.
Enhance their knowledge and skills in preparing for the Boards
The course includes lectures, 150 microscopes, more than 600 teaching-quality glass slides complete with clinical photographs, optional evening dinner lectures, and an opportunity to review slides at a multi-headed microscope with a faculty member. New to the course will be a CD-ROM (1000 page question and discussion with clinical photographs and photomicrographs) which may be purchased separately at the meeting. The course will have separate lecture hall, microscope laboratory, and five-head microscope consultation room.
Accreditation
American Academy of Dermatology The 22ND COMBINED SKIN PATHOLOGY COURSE (Program number 179100) is recognized by the American Academy of Dermatology for 31 hours of AAD category 1 CME credit and may be used toward the American Academy of Dermatology's Continuing Medical Education Award.
American Society of Clinical Pathologists
Completion of this course also fulfills the criteria for category A1 Credit, Pathology Continuing Medical Education Award, American Society of Clinical Pathologists.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of Medical Education Resources and CU Dermatopathology Consultants. Medical Education Resources is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Credit Designation

A block of rooms has been reserved for this conference at the special rate of $135 per night for single or double occupancy. After this date, no refunds will be made; however, credit may be provided towards future conferences.
