Immunofluorescent Laboratory

The Immunofluorescent Laboratory is the largest diagnostic laboratory in the Rocky Mountain region, dedicated to the diagnosis of bullous and autoimmune diseases. The antibodies that are most commonly used include IgG, IgA, IgM, C3, Fibrin, and C1q (connective tissue disorders).

Saline for direct immunofluorescent studies can be requested from by calling 303-344-1290. Submission forms for immunofluorescent studies should be downloaded and printed from the link below.

As of December 11, 2013 CU Dermatopathology Consultants will no longer offer Indirect Immunofluorescence testing at our facility. As of July 12, 2013 CU Dermatopathology Consultants will no longer offer ELISA testing at our facility.
