Melanoma In The Mountains

A Practical Course In Dermatopathology

Thursday, February 18, 2010 - Sunday, February 21, 2010 At the Steamboat Grand Hotel and Resort Steamboat Springs, Colorado

About The Course

Melanoma in the Mountains is a comprehensive practical dermatopathology course designed for pathologists, dermatopathologists and dermatologists who have an interest in improving their histologic diagnosis of melanocytic lesions.

In addition to lectures that intensely cover both benign and malignant melanocytic lesions in detail, the course has 25 high quality microscopes with glass slides at each microscope. These high quality teaching slides are changed daily. Each slide has a detailed discussion on that case.

The emphasis of this course in addition to providing a comprehensive background on melanocytic lesions is a practical approach to arriving at the correct diagnosis and how to prepare a pathology report on melanocytic lesions.
